Terms and Conditions for Bay Breeze Inn II

1. Reservations and Check-in/Check-out
1.1 Reservations
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by [Your Hotel Name].
1.2 Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in time is3PM EST, and check-out time is11AM EST.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
2.1 Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
2.2 No-Show
- In case of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
3. Payment
3.1 Rates
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment Methods
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
4. Guest Conduct
4.1 General Conduct
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and non-disruptive manner.
- Any behavior deemed inappropriate by hotel management may result in eviction without refund.
4.2 Noise Policy
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
- Excessive noise during these hours may result in a warning or eviction.
5. Damage and Liability
5.1 Damage to Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any persons for whom they are responsible.
- Costs for repair or replacement of damaged property will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
5.2 Personal Belongings
- Bay Breeze Inn II is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
6. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
- A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
7. Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed at Bay Breeze Inn II.
8. Internet and Wi-Fi
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
- Guests are prohibited from using the internet for illegal activities.
9. Parking
- Off street parking is available free of charge in the rear of the building.
10. Privacy Policy
- Bay Breeze Inn II respects the privacy of our guests. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
- Bay Breeze Inn II reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective upon posting.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy
We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.
